Frequently asked questions

Does this collar work with Android?

No. It only works with Apple’s Find My app on an iPhone or another compatible Apple device.

Is it a GPS collar?

No. It doesn’t have its own mobile connection: it shows the last location reported by the Find My network, which relies on there being Apple devices nearby. For real-time tracking, the 4G GPS collar is the recommended option.

Do I need a SIM card or a monthly subscription?

No. As it uses Apple’s Find My network, you don’t need a SIM card or a mobile plan.

Is it waterproof?

The supplier states that the product is IPX7 water-resistant.

What’s the difference compared to a leather collar with a tracker pocket?

This collar already has a built-in tracker. The leather collar has a compartment where you can place an AirTag, which is sold separately.
