Exchanges and Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without having to give a reason, in accordance with European Union law.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item:
1. Contact us at info.bafinho@gmail.com, quoting your order number
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging
3. Send the item back to us, paying the return postage (unless the item is faulty — see section 3)
4. Following inspection, we will process your refund within 14 days

3. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
– Food items that have been opened or consumed
– Personal hygiene items that have been used (e.g. toothbrushes)
– Items severely damaged by the buyer (except for manufacturing defects)
– Items without tags or showing signs of excessive wear and tear

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, a full refund will be issued, including return postage costs.

4. Timeframes

– Returns: within 14 days of receipt
– Refunds: within 14 days of receipt and inspection
– Refunds are processed via the original payment method
