An ID tag that won’t get lost or come off

An ordinary collar doesn’t tell anyone how to contact you if your dog goes missing. Hanging tags solve this problem, but they can come loose, wear out or jingle. This collar has your dog’s name and your contact details engraved directly onto a fixed plate — there’s nothing hanging down to get lost or swapped.

Who it’s for — and when to choose something else

Suitable for: adult dogs or those nearly fully grown, and owners who want permanent, visible identification without having to buy a separate tag.

It may not be the best choice if:

• Your dog is still a growing puppy — their neck size changes in a matter of weeks and you’ll probably need to change the size sooner than expected.
• Your dog tends to chew or bite its own collar — it’s made of PU leather, which isn’t designed to withstand biting.
• You need to know where your dog is in real time, rather than just providing a contact number for anyone who finds them — in which case what you’re looking for is a GPS tracker, not an ID collar.

Before you order — what to check

• The engraving is done specifically for your order: please check the name and contact details carefully before completing your purchase — once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the engraved details.
• As this is a personalised item, this collar is not covered by the 14-day return policy that applies to non-personalised products.
• Neck measurements are taken by hand and may vary by 1–3 cm; if you’re between two sizes, measure again rather than rounding up.

How to choose the size

Measure the circumference of your dog’s neck with a tape measure, ensuring it fits snugly whilst leaving enough space to slip two fingers between the neck and the collar.

• S: neck 27–34 cm; width 2.2 cm; total length 39 cm
• M: neck 34–43 cm; width 2.7 cm; total length 49 cm
• L: neck 43–53 cm; width 3.2 cm; total length 59 cm
• XL: neck 53–62 cm; width 3.7 cm; total length 69 cm
• XXL: neck 54–65 cm; width 3.7 cm; total length 71 cm

Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by approximately 1–3 cm.

How to personalise

Choose the colour and size, then fill in the “Name to be engraved” and “Contact details to be engraved” fields. Please check the name and contact details carefully before adding to your basket. Both fields, including the space between them, must not exceed 30 characters.

Costs

No recurring costs: you pay once; there are no monthly fees, SIM cards or associated apps — unlike a GPS tracker.
