Frequently asked questions

Does the collar come with an AirTag?

No. The collar has a round compartment designed to hold an Apple AirTag, which is sold separately.

Which size should I choose?

Measure the dog’s neck. S: 24–32 cm (3 cm wide collar). M: 32–45 cm (3 cm). L: 42–60 cm (4 cm).

Does an AirTag work like a GPS?

No. The AirTag shows its location via Apple’s Find My network, which relies on there being Apple devices nearby. If you need real-time tracking anywhere, the 4G GPS collar is the right choice.

What is it made of?

Made from genuine leather (top layer), lined and padded on the inside, with a buckle and ring in aged metal. The compartment fastens with press studs.
