The ILIFE A12 Pro vacuums and mops in a single cycle, mapping the home using LiDAR laser technology. It’s a practical option for homes with dogs or cats, particularly when pet hair and crumbs require frequent maintenance between deeper cleans.

Before you choose

It does not replace a thorough mop and cannot climb stairs. Cables, small objects, liquids and uneven surfaces must be removed or protected. The mop head needs to be washed and the water tank emptied after use. The official product specifications confirm control via the app and voice assistants, but do not confirm that a physical remote control is included.

Maintenance and consumables

The 2.5-litre bags, filters and brushes are consumables with a recurring cost; the frequency and price depend on usage and the supplier. Clean the sensors, wheels and brushes regularly, replace components when worn out, and check the availability of compatible ILIFE A12 Pro refills before purchasing.

Does the ILIFE A12 Pro pick up pet hair?

Yes. The brushless suction design is built to pick up loose hair with less tangling. Results depend on floor type, the amount of hair and how well you maintain the filters and side brushes.

Does it mop as well?

It runs a damp mop with three water levels. It is suited to light maintenance of compatible floors, but it does not replace manual washing of ground-in stains.

Do I need to use the app?

The ILIFEHOME app lets you manage maps, rooms, schedules and zones. ILIFE also lists control via Alexa and Google Assistant. The official spec sheet does not confirm a physical remote control included in the box.

How often do I need to change the bag?

The station uses 2.5 L bags. The brand advertises up to eight weeks, but actual frequency depends on area, hair and dirt levels. Bags, filters and brushes are consumables bought separately.

Is it suitable for every home?

It is best suited to regular maintenance of hard floors and rugs. It cannot climb stairs, should not vacuum liquids, and needs clear space next to the station; cables and small objects should be picked up first.
