Frequently asked questions

How far does it launch the ball?

It has three adjustable ranges: 6 m, 10 m or 14 m. Indoors, use the shortest range.

Can I use other balls?

No. Only use the balls supplied: it comes with 3 lightweight ETPU tennis balls, designed for the launcher.

How do you charge it?

It has a USB-C rechargeable battery and is wireless. The USB cable is included.

Does it work on its own?

Yes. An infrared sensor detects when the dog places the ball in the opening and the launcher fires it out again. Never put your hand inside the launching opening.
