Will the feeder still work if there’s a power cut?

Yes. It has a dual power supply — mains and batteries — so it continues to dispense the programmed meals during a power cut.

What sort of food can I use?

Dry food, extruded food and freeze-dried food with pieces up to 16 mm in size. Not suitable for wet food.

What is the difference between the 1-bowl and the 2-bowl version?

The 2-bowl version allows you to feed two pets at the same time or keep their water and food separate. If you only have one pet, the 1-bowl version is sufficient.

Is there an app or Wi-Fi?

No. It’s a simple timer model: you set the times and the amount directly on the unit. If you’d prefer to control it via your mobile, the wall-mounted automatic feeder has an app.

How do you clean it?

The main body must not be washed with water — simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. The bowl is removable and can be washed as normal.
