This mat is supplied empty and must be filled with water before use. The water is distributed throughout the interior and helps to create a cooler resting surface, without the need for an electrical connection. The perceived temperature depends on the temperature of the water, the ambient temperature and the pet’s contact with the mat.

How to use

  1. Place the empty mat on a flat surface.
  2. Open the lid and add water gradually, without forcing it in or overfilling it.
  3. Carefully close the lid and check for leaks before making it available to your pet.
  4. Spread the water around the inside and let the animal approach at its own pace.

Maintenance and safety

Wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth and leave to dry before storing. Check the lid, joints and lining regularly. Stop using the product if there are any leaks, punctures, deformation or wear and tear. The water inside is not intended for consumption.
